Planning Applications

The Parish Council is notified of all planning applications within the Parish boundary and also any alterations to an application.

Applications for planning consent are listed in the table.  To view full details of any application click the reference number listed.

The Council can make representations to the planning authority in respect of an application, and the planning authority must take these representations into account when considering the application, but the final decision rests with the planning authority.

Members of the public can also comment on a planning application.  To ensure they are taken into account, any observations should be received no later than 3 weeks after the application has been publicised.  Comments must be made in writing, either by email, over the web or by post.  Further details and a link to submit an electronic comment form are available via this page on the Kettering Borough Council website.
