Access To Information
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides public access to recorded information held by Parish Councils. It does this in two ways:
- Parish Councils are obliged to publish certain information about their activities.
- Members of the public are entitled to request information from Parish Councils.
Thorpe Malsor Parish Council follow the Information Commissioner's Model Publication Scheme, and aim to publish as much information as possible online. Below we include a link to the information we make available under the scheme. Some items are only available in print and you should be aware that the Council is entitled to withhold certain information.
